Matt Abood is a senior member of the Australian Swim Team and this year competed in his forth World Championships in Kazan, Russia.
In 2011 Matt was a member of the GOLD winning 4 x 100m Freestyle Relay team at the World Championships.
GOLD was achieved again with the 4 x 100m Freestyle Relay team at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014.
Along with his achievements and knowledge of swimming, Matt has a leadership role on the Australian Team responsible for mentoring younger swimmers.
During the Matt Abood Swim Clinic Matt will share some of his experiences as well as work with the participants to improve their starts, turns and stroke.
The Clinic will target Stroke Correction, Starts, Turns, Strength and Day to Day Training Management.
