The time has finally arrived! Commonwealth Games Trials for Swimming

Goode People Management (GPM) athletes, Sally Hunter (nee Foster), Thomas Fraser-Holmes and Tommaso D'Orsogna will this week compete to secure a place on both the Commonwealth Games team and the Pan Pacs team. ALL LIVE ON ONE HD. 7:30pm day light saving time. 2 April (Day 2) Sally Hunter - 50m Breaststroke Thomas Fraser-Holmes - 200m Freestyle & 400m Individual Medley. Tom is defending champion in both these event and Australian and Commonwealth Record holder for the 400mIM. 3 April (Day 3) Thomas Fraser-Holmes - 200m Butterfly Sally Hunter - 200m Breaststroke. Sally's main event and defending champion. 4 April (Day 4) Tommaso D'Orsogna - 100m Freestyle. A relay member previously in this event Tommaso will be out to secure his place in the team. 5 April (Day 5) Sally Hunter - 100m Breaststroke. Sally is also defending champion in this event and will need to place in the top two to secure a relay spot. Tommaso D'Orsogna - 100m Butterfly. Tommaso has only recently focused on this event but is placed well to make it onto the team. 6 April (Day 6) Thomas Fraser-Holmes - 200m Individual Medley. Cobargo swimming carnival’s Olympic visit

MORE than 110 competitiors took to the water at Cobargo Pool last Saturday. The Cobargo Amateur Swimming Club hosted a development carnival that attracted swimmers from around NSW and the ACT. The day included a visit by Australian Olympian Sally Foster. Full Story here
